Fear unaddressed will control you.
People in power know this and use fear to manipulate you.
First steps are recognizing fear and not letting it keep you from acting in line with your values.
Fascism and autocracy use fear to suppress, oppress, and control people.
Our voice - the many facets and expressions of our voice - empowers us to rise up and live a bigger, healthier life - despite a culture of fear or presence of fear. As long as we have breath, we can use our voice.
FEAR is on the rise in the U.S.A. and this is a tool of Fascism.
Awareness is key.
Fear can only control you if you let it.
Uncontrolled fear is a cage.
